Our client, an established security vetting organisation, and existing panel member with over twenty years of experience providing security clearance assessments to Federal Government clients, is growing their team.
Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in an evolving organisation. As the Corporate Support Officer, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation within the company and contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the workplace.
With support, you will work on various ICT projects aimed at enhancing the digital workplace environment and streamlining operations. You will also play a key support role to critical operational delivery through data and operational analysis.
Location - Canberra ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on multiple ICT projects aimed at digitalising the workplace to ensure performance exceeds KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse and monitor high-risk areas. Conduct desktop reviews to ensure timely completion, or if necessary, escalate to management for follow-up. Prevent overdue tasks through proactive monitoring.
- Regularly monitor progress, provide analytical reports, and ensure that proactive steps are taken to avoid overdue items, with minimal follow-up required.
- Oversee ICT service and device disposal processes, manage the asset register, and ensure proper device lifecycles and ongoing maintenance.
- Actively monitor MS 365 platforms to ensure their smooth operation and address any issues promptly.
- Provide data analysis, business insights, and ICT/vetting support as needed.
- Provide hands-on, helpdesk support for internal users across Australia, maintaining desktop systems and applications, resolving technical issues and ensuring that end users' IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the network and maintain the broader ICT environment.
- Assist with various operational and administrative duties to support daily operations across functional areas including quality assurance.
About You
You will have:
- Exposure to ICT or operations, ideally within the security or government sectors, will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, experience in MS 365, SharePoint, hardware and software maintenance, and data/business analytics.
- Strong excel and administration skills.
