APS6 Senior Case Manager (Rehabilitation)
Support a national regulator by managing sensitive staffing matters and providing HR case management across performance, behaviour and injury mgmt.

The Role
As an APS6 Case Manager within the People Support Team, you will manage a varied and sensitive caseload spanning performance, conduct, grievances, injury management and complex people matters.
This role is available across all locations and can be offered full-time or part-time, on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis. You’ll work under limited direction, supporting leaders and staff with best-practice case management, procedural fairness and tailored advice.
Duties
A selection of responsibilities includes:
- Managing complex and sensitive staffing matters in line with legislation, policy and best practice
- Providing accurate, timely advice to leaders and employees
- Coordinating end-to-end case management, including performance, behavioural concerns, disputes and injury management
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and influencing positive people outcomes
- Maintaining high-quality records, documentation, and reporting
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to case management initiatives
To be considered, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in rehabilitation case management, injury management, or performance/behaviour case management
- Demonstrated capability in managing sensitive and complex people matters with sound judgement and procedural fairness
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to coach leaders
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, enterprise agreements, policies and procedures
- High-level administrative and systems capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
