Organisation:
Medium-sized, centrally based in Canberra. They have a strong culture and strong tenure in their finance team.

The Role:
We are supporting this client to recruit a systems administrator for their TechOne system at the APS6 level. The role will also work closely within the financial operations team and will also provide process review and implementation support. It’s an interesting dual purpose role.

You will be responsible for the BAU systems administration. This will include providing user assistance with problems regarding systems access, report production, system compatibility, support with scheduled maintenance and may also include some assistance on projects and upgrades.

You will be working closely with the EL2 systems manager who has a strong track in the TechOne community.

The role will be offered as a non-ongoing contract for an initial 8 months. There is the potential to extend depending on internal staff movement.

The role can be based in either Canberra or Queensland, but cannot be fully remote.

Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have experience of working within Technology One. It’s expected that you’ll have demonstrated experience in providing user assistance and problem resolution at the APS6 or equivalent level.

Communication skills are also important, with the ability to have technical and non-technical conversations depending on your target audience. It is also important for you to be able to demonstrate experience in financial operations, and the development of SOPs or similar documents.

You must currently hold at least a Baseline Security clearance.
