Organisation:
Centrally located Federal Government Department.

The Role:
Working in the financial operations area of the CFO unit you will be delivering AP, AR, Debt recovery and other transactional finance services. You will also be supporting the finance manager with some EOM support through the posting of journals and reconciliations.

This role will run for approx. 4 months to support the team through a peak period. They use Technology One as their finance system and this is an APS5 vacancy.

There is the potential for this role to extend and also has the potential for permanency in the future.

Your Skills and Experience:
You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a current Baseline clearance. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and knowledge of the PGPA act will also put you in strong contention for this role.

You must be able to demonstrate strong financial processing experience from a Federal Government environment at the APS4 or 5 level. The Dept. uses Technology One as their FMIS.
