The Organisation:
Small, centrally based Federal Government Department that uses SAP.

The Role:
This is an APS6 role that will be offered for an initial 12 months as a non-ongoing or labour hire contract. You’ll be working directly to the EL1 Finance Manger and offer support across financial reporting and the external budgets functions.

The role offers great variety and the chance to diversify and learn about the entire finance function from within a small agency.

There is the potential for extension after the initial 12 months.

Your Skills and Experience:
Our client appreciates that its rare to operate at the APS6 level and already have gained exposure across a broad range of functions.

They are keen to meet with strong financial accountants that have demonstrated their ability to deliver financial statements at the APS6 level.

You must keen to continue to deliver in the financial reporting space but also interested in expanding and learning the external budget function.

You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a current Baseline Clearance.
