A brilliant liquid fertiliser company that has seen substantial growth and profitability in the market. The team is both expanding and also replacing a role so they are keen to find driven individuals to join this effort.
They function in all aspects of agronomy with specialisations around prescription nutrient blends and incredible R&D focused pathways to meet your crop requirements no matter the weather patterns.
THE ROLE
- Initiate, foster and develop valued relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop a sound understanding of large and medium clients, their needs and how these relate to what the business can supply.
- Manage and develop positive, successful team/peer relations.
- Drive profitable revenue growth through the development of sales channels.
- Develop an excellent peer network, engendering a positive morale/spirit with the ability to market effectively to the team/peers the progress and success of growth initiatives.
- Adopt a methodical, targeted, and proactive approach to developing business. This will be achieved by successful execution of the Sales Strategic Plan.
- Establish sales of fluid fertilizer with identified growers / dealers in your region.
- Identify potential new client growers, and work with the business
development manager to establish, execute and report on the grower
progress in the sales pipeline.
- Identify potential new resellers, and work with their contact manager to establish, build, and report on reseller relationships.
- Develop both your knowledge and the company brand by providing a presence
at industry events, focusing on crops in your region, soil & plant nutrition
workshops and sales training workshops where directed by the sales
manager.
- Contribute to the creation of product and crop marketing material.
- Ensure that all CRM systems are kept up to date with relevant customer information and orders.
THE PERSON
The Regional Sales Manager for Central/South NSW will encompass experience that includes:
- Successful business development experience within an agricultural or horticultural industry context
- A technical focus and capability allowing them to understand the key drivers of a customer’s business and develop appropriate solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related field
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Well organised, profit and results driven.

Base salary ranging from $90k – 110k (pending experience)
