The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grants Manager to oversee the coordination of grant and funding applications, contributing to the continued growth and reach of the organisation.
On a day-to-day basis your duties may consist of:
- Oversee all aspects of grant administration, including the coordination of grant rounds, responding to inquiries, preparing applications for review, and managing the assessment and notification process.
- Deliver consistent and high-quality grant management, including assessing and mitigating risks, and ensuring all contractual matters are effectively addressed.
- Impact & Learning Frameworks: Assist in the development and implementation of frameworks to monitor the organisations grant making impact, track progress, and ensure continuous learning and improvement.
- Liaise closely with marketing, events, and communications colleagues to develop a calendar of promotional benefits and ensure those noted in specific grant agreements are actioned.
- An experienced Grants manager with a demonstrated track record in contract and grant management across various projects.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage grant agreements with varying complexity, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
- Experience in preparing comprehensive reports on grant, contract, and project progress.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach that supports teamwork.
