We are working with a range of departments that are in need for EL1 financial accountants over the EOFY period.
The Role:
It’s EOFY and we are working with a range of departments that are looking for EL1 financial accountants for short-term contracts. Most contracts are 3 to 4 months and available for labour hire. We also have a non-ongoing role available for 6 months.
They are all with government clients and to cover gaps whilst permanent processes are run and completed. You may have the opportunity to apply for the permanent position in some cases.
Strong technical candidates with federal government experience are in demand for these roles.
Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for these roles you must be able to demonstrate current financial accounting experience from within a Federal Government environment, you must therefore be an Australian Citizen – a Baseline clearance is mandatory for these positions.
Experience of successful management and completion of a number of financial statement cycles coupled with professional qualifications (CA/CPA) will make you a front runner for these role. You must also have great communication skills and a willingness to take direction.
