The Organisation:
High profile, medium-sized agency.  Strong CFO, with a great reputation.  Interesting remit and potential for further growth.
  
The Role:
This is a newly created role within the external budgets branch.  You’ll report directly into the SES band 1 but also work closely with the costing team.  Your role will be focused on liaison across the executive, with the Secretary and Deputy Secretary.  You’ll provide weekly progress reports in relation to costing processes, and also a number of ad hoc and complex reports.

You’ll also provide support concerning the strategy and planning or the branch, and step in to support teams with their BAU costing duties on occasion.

The role is available via an s26 transfer or 12 months non-ongoing.  They have strong WFH allowances in place.

Your skills and experience:
You must be an Australian Citizen and have a Baseline clearance.  Experience of working with government directly, or via a consulting firm is ideal. 

Great communication skills (verbal and written) are an absolute must for this role.  Experience of costing and cost recovery is important to your success in the role.
